Meet Aiza

An extraordinary individual whose impact on our
organization and community is remarkable.

Aiza's journey with us began at the young age of 11, and since then, she has left an indelible mark on our organization. Not only did she name our organization and create its logo, but she has also been an avid artist, using her creativity to spread kindness in Australia and abroad. Her artwork has brought numerous fresh ideas to life, contributing to our Fresh Ideas Projects and inspiring others with her innovative approach.

Her dedication and commitment to service have earned her accolades, such as the Canada Bay Council Citizen of the Year, the Hills Shire Council Citizen of the Year - Youth, Burwood Council Young Volunteer of the Year Award and The Dame Marie Bashir Peace Award, where she was highly commended by the National Council of Women NSW and nominated by her school. Despite her young age, Aiza has undertaken extensive projects, sacrificing leisure time to dedicate herself to thousands of initiatives. Her selfless acts of kindness extend far beyond awards, as she is regularly involved in several projects, including visits to nursing homes and spreading joy and comfort to the elderly.

Aiza's decision to complete her Duke of Ed hours with us speaks volumes about her character and values. She understands the importance of service and its transformative impact on individuals and communities. Meet Abdullah

A remarkable individual whose journey with us began at the age of 7.

Abdullah's dedication and passion have led him to complete thousands of projects with us in our local community and overseas. He exemplifies how even a young child can profoundly impact, spreading kindness and creating positive change wherever he goes.

His outstanding contributions have not gone unnoticed. Abdullah received the Citizen of the Year awards from the Canada Bay Council and the Hills Shire Council for his exceptional service. Additionally, he has been nominated for awards by the Waverley Council, his school, nursing homes, and other community members, highlighting the widespread recognition of his efforts.

Abdullah's decision to pursue the Duke of Ed program speaks volumes about his commitment to excellence. Through this program, he has engaged in school projects, taught and organized craft activities overseas, supported single mothers and the homeless, assisted community helpers projects, participated in card-making initiatives, provided social media support, edited videos, offered administrative assistance, and visited over 80 nursing homes, among many other endeavours.

Now, at 15, Abdullah continues to impact countless lives every week, demonstrating his unwavering dedication and commitment to serving others.

A Dedicated Volunteer from a Young Age

Anthony's journey with us began at a tender age when he dedicated his time to volunteering. Since then, he has been a steadfast member of our community, contributing his efforts to various projects and initiatives. Anthony also completed his Duke of Edinburgh volunteering hours with us. Throughout his school holidays and beyond, Anthony has been a consistent presence, demonstrating his commitment to making a difference in the lives of others.

One of Anthony's key contributions has been his involvement in our community projects. He has spent countless hours making cards, participating in video-making projects to honour community helpers, and engaging in activities to support local elderly projects. Despite his young age, Anthony has also visited numerous nursing homes alongside Little Helpers, bringing joy and companionship to the residents.

In addition to his direct involvement in community projects, Anthony has been instrumental in logistical support. He has assisted in deliveries to hospitals, ensuring that essential supplies reach those in need promptly. Furthermore, he has played a vital role in local elderly projects, offering his time and dedication to make a meaningful impact on the lives of others.
